I'm sure you have heard this a couple times already but try non priority parking places for the waitlist! There should be a little map that tells you on the UGA parking permit website which parking lots are less in demand depending on what year you are. Service includes but is not limited to - all lots available for public (permitted and guest) parking, space types, enforcement hours, priority designations and aggregate lot zones. Students who live off campus will have priority in commuter lots.
